Timeline: Your custom portrait typically requires 4 to 10 weeks for completion, dependent on size and complexity. A precise time frame will be provided upon receipt of your photos and a 25% deposit. For special occasions, please plan accordingly or consider a gift certificate.
Photo Requirements: To ensure accuracy, please provide 5 to 10 clear, well-lit photos via email, messenger, or SMS. Check ‘Photo Tips & Framing’ section.
Quality Assurance: Capture features and colours accurately with varied angles (close-ups and full-body shots). Avoid filters or editing tools that alter your pet's appearance.
